DUMONT FC is a French creator of luxury ping-pong tables. Each table is a one-of-a-kind piece, handcrafted from premium materials - solid wood, brushed steel, leather, resin. DUMONT FC positions table tennis as a high-end interior design object, not sports equipment.
The brief: a product film that elevates the table to the status of art object. The film had to convey the brand’s luxury positioning - materials, craftsmanship, aesthetics - to appeal to interior architects, collectors and discerning enthusiasts.
Our art director set a radical luxury art direction: black background, dramatic lighting, slow and precise camera movements. The product is filmed like a jewel - every material detail is revealed by light.
The edit alternates between macro shots on textures (wood grain, steel reflections, leather stitching) and wide shots revealing the table within an architectural interior. The contrast between detail scale and the object’s presence in space creates desire.
The minimalist score and sound design amplify each material: the muffled thud of a ball on solid wood, a hand gliding across steel. The product becomes a complete sensory experience.
A product film that positions DUMONT FC in the luxury universe, not sport. The film is deployed on the e-commerce site, social media and during presentations to specifiers (architects, interior designers).
The quality of the art direction reinforced the brand's premium perception and helped justify the high-end pricing of DUMONT FC tables.
